Artilux NMF employs the Salvagnini SL4 Integrated Punching/Fiber Laser Cutting System, which integrates four distinct functions in a single compact structure:

• S4Xe punching system
• laser cutting with an optic fiber power source
• fully automated manufacturing
• proprietary programming software to speed up production runs

With great precision, we cut and punch:

• with repetitive accuracy of 0.02 mm 
• sheet sizes up to 3000 mm x 1500 mm
• sheet thickness for laser cut of up to 4 mm
• cutting: steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
• punching: steel (3 mm), stainless steel (2 mm), aluminium (3 mm)

Artilux NMF also utilizes the Prima Power Platino Fiber 1530 2D laser machine that delivers exceptional results on a wide range of processable materials and thicknesses:

• the adaptive cutting head creates the best results even on high thickness
• equipped with the high-brilliance fiber laser
• machine power 4000 W
• repetitive accuracy of 0.05 mm
• working area 3000 mm x 1500 mm
• sheet thickness for laser cut up to 8 mm
• cuts steel, stainless steel, zinc-coated steel, and aluminium
